Zorin Finance has announced two new appointments with Colin Chung hired in the credit risk team and Katy Katani as the head of business development.
Chung joins the credit risk team as an associate director with more than 10 years of real estate finance experience across residential development, commercial real estate and alternative assets. He joins from Funding Circle, where he was a senior property underwriter, having previously spent four years at Canada Life’s real estate finance team in London. Earlier, he worked for Lloyds Bank in its real estate debt restructuring team.
Katani has also joined as an associate director and head of business development. She has more than 15 years experience in the real estate industry in various business development roles, including four years at Charles Russell Speechleys as business development manager for the property team and joins from Curtin & Co where she was business development director.
