Zorin Finance secures a £6m development loan in Hindhead

Zorin Finance, the alternative property lending specialist, can announce the completion of a new £6m development loan in Hindhead, Surrey. The team at Rural Executive Homes Limited are experienced developers with over 35 years of experience in both residential construction and development. This is the first transaction between Rural Executive Homes Limited and Zorin, and we look forward to continuing this new relationship in the near future.

Zorin’s 21-month loan will finance the purchase and demolition of the existing property, and the subsequent development of six detached family homes consisting of 5 five-beds and 1 four-bed. Rural Executive Homes specialise in boutique high specification developments, and each unit in this scheme will benefit from being situated in a private gated development, having large landscaped private gardens, and integral garages with further block paved driveways. The interior of the units will be finished to a high standard in a soft neutral colour scheme, include quality integrated kitchen appliances and a master suite with a dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Rural Executive Homes Limited will be undertaking the development on a construction management basis. Other facilities in the area include golf at Liphook and Hindhead, racing at Goodwood, polo at Cowdray Park and theatres in both Chichester and Guildford.

Hindhead has five schools, including two ‘Excellent’ rated independent schools, which is appealing to prospective families. There are transport links to the surrounding area with a regular bus service through the village, and a service from Haslemere Train Station into London Waterloo with a journey time of 50 minutes.
